Today we were in Bouxurulles again for the last basket market day. Nothing has changed since yesterday. There were additional short weaving courses to take part in.
Only the weather really improved today. The sun sent a good 25° to earth. In the blazing sun we hid behind the big tent at the fountain and watched everything that flowed past us and was woven in front of us. In the fountain, or rather in the wash house, there were wicker objects on display that had nothing whatsoever to do with classic wickerwork, but were nevertheless very popular with the public.
For lunch, we had a large plate of delicacies from the region. A selection of different salads and charcuterie. It was so tasty that there was no time for a picture, except maybe the blank plate. Finally, we went for a little drive in the Vosges and ended up back in Charmes. Now we can enjoy the peace and quiet and start Monday without a plan.
