Something has been happening at the Georgenwald in Himbach for days. This was also the case last Wednesday when we arrived in Himbach with our mobile Kaufmannsburg. Many a tent is already set up on the very tidy area. It was so tidy that we had to really take a look at where we stood in 2019. The place is hardly recognizable without bushes and blackberry hedges.
And the location of the rolling sleeping quarters, our Kaufmannsburg, has also increased significantly. The entire hard court (former soccer field) is now available.
And today, one day before the market starts, we will load the ox cart with tent, material and everything we need and set it up comfortably in Himbach.
Now, after three years, we have to look for everything we need and hopefully find it again. Some things have been moved back and forth, so now everything has to be carried out with great calm and triple checks when loading.
