Because all the tubs in the basement are full of willows that need to be soaked. Bundles of the selected willows lie in the water, waiting to be processed soon. Unfortunately it’s still too frosty outside at night for me to soak the willow trees.
The willows are needed for the upcoming weaving course next weekend at NABU Ortenberg and also for ordered wooden baskets that I am supposed to make according to customer requirements.
So it means bridging the soaking time and using the time to finish weaving out a seat on an old chair.
