Today I delivered a replica of a basket on behalf of a customer. Unfortunately, the original could no longer be repaired and so I tried to recreate the basket using measurements and pictures.
I was a little unsure because the basket was a bit larger than the original. It is always placed in a bicycle basket. So after handing it over to the customer there was a rehearsal and I could breathe a sigh of relief. My replica fits.
What more could a basket maker’s heart want: customer satisfied, me satisfied
