<\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\nIt definitely had to be colorful. At least that was the impression one had at the holiday games in the town of Ortenberg. The first of two braiding courses took place today and 12 children were able to have fun with colors from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Normally outside, this time the braiding course took place indoors for safety reasons because of the many dark clouds. And inside was called the NABU clubhouse in Ortenberg\/Selters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I enlisted my dear friend Anna and her dog Tara to support me. Luckily no one was afraid of Tara and Tara was certainly thrilled by the many cuddles and caresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The starting signal was given at 9:00 a.m. and with that the question of choosing the color began. Since friends from my previous weaving courses were also present in this course, they were able to weave larger baskets. The rest of the braiding troupe started small. Tara paid close attention to what was being braided and was rewarded with lots of petting. But there wasn’t enough for a dog basket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I made the supplement for whoever had finished braiding. But two participants made it themselves after short instructions. If you finished quickly, you could consider weaving a second basket. In any case, by 12 p.m. there was no one left in the group who wasn’t allowed to own at least 1 self-woven basket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And around 1 p.m. the last weaving object was finished and with it the first weaving course at the Ortenberg holiday games was over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
