Some time ago I received a request as to whether I could recreate a wooden basket. My answer to such questions is always that of Radio Yerevan: In principle, yes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the phone it is sometimes difficult to have the basket or chair described and what needs to be broken, replaced or rebuilt. That’s why I would like to have a picture sent to me in advance. That’s how I wanted to do it this time, but the gentlemen didn’t know much about email was the answer. But the question was whether I had WhatsApp. You could send me a picture of that. I couldn’t help but smile. So a picture of the basket I was supposed to recreate reached me on WhatsApp. The basket was a little different than expected, but I agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The basket was brought to me a few days later and I was able to take measurements. It was also just about the basket itself and the handles. The customer takes care of the other additions and the interior. So get to work and braid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pictures show the progress and the customer was also kept up to date via WhatsApp. When we picked up the replica, the surprise was a success. Seeing the basket live was different than looking at a photo.<\/p>\n\n\n
