Once again, the winter break was far too short for the many things that should have been done during this time. In just under 6 weeks, I will be starting the first market, as usual with the farmers‘ market in Bad Salzhausen on 3 March 2024 in the Kurpark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the winter break, I primarily took care of myself or had to take care of myself. That will continue to be the case until the beginning\/mid-February. But I’m assuming that everything will be back to normal by the start of the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As far as the dates this year are concerned, I’m particularly looking forward to the guild and craft market in Seligenstadt. Only every two years do around 100 craftspeople gather in the former Benedictine abbey to showcase crafts that have almost been forgotten but are still practised today.
The event is organised by the Klatschmohn Seligenstadt e.V. association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My diary for the coming year is usually already finalised in November. These are the events that I have found to be worthwhile over the years. And not just for financial reasons. Although I don’t rule out further events in principle, there are a few criteria that I take into account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requests for further markets, festivals or anniversaries were already made to me in December last year, but I turned them down for a variety of reasons. In most cases, the dates clash with the events I have already planned and for some enquiries, the distance alone is a criterion for exclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Perhaps enquirers should first take a look at my diary and also at the information for event organisers, where I list the conditions under which I would participate, what I offer and also what I expect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
