Unfortunately, I can\u2019t plan a few days ahead, as it always catches me out of the blue. So I\u2019m taking it easy, taking my medication and waiting to see when things improve. At the moment, things are calm and I don\u2019t feel a thing, but that can change again quite suddenly. And I\u2019ve also got a short outpatient hospital visit coming up.
