At the Medieval Festival in Büdingen I was asked whether I would like to take part in the Birkenhof’s planned summer festival on September 13, 2015. It should be spiced up a bit with medieval stalls.
Since there was no market or weaving class scheduled for that day, I spontaneously agreed. The Birkenhof is just a stone’s throw from home. And the net proceeds also benefit the many animals, large and small, who can spend their twilight years here in dignity.
During a visit I was able to take a look at the location and enjoy a tour of the farm. You immediately notice the love and commitment that goes into the farm and the accommodation of the animals.
That’s why I’m also happy about my acceptance to the summer festival.
10% of my income is also donated to the animal shelter and of course there is no fee.
