Last weekend we first introduced four people to weaving with willow. I always plan to have a larger bowl with built-in handles. But in the end, 50% of the results were different than planned.
I believe that the desire for the standees that were left standing was actually there and it wasn’t due to weakening strength ;-)
In any case, at the end of the weaving course, each participant was able to take home their own individual weaving.
I then spent Sunday in Bad Salzhausen at the farmers market. It became really cozy and nice in our corner. A coffee roaster set up tables and chairs while a nursery scattered flowering plants around them. It looked really good and was perceived that way by the visitors.
At some point in between, a chair was brought to me and I was supposed to replace the seat. So I got it into the car and continued working on the chair weave that I had brought with me.
Even though the sky was mostly cloudy and the sun only appeared occasionally, there were many visitors to the farmers’ market. And very important; we dismantled dry again.
