Yesterday it happened. The new basket for a bassinet is ready and could be handed over to the customer. Since the old basket could no longer be saved, I rebuilt it. With a basket like this I reach the capacity of my small workshop even with certain work steps. It always fails because of the height or width when I clear everything from tables and benches with the stands or wicker.

The standees for the surcharge have to be soaked again. But the basket is too big for a normal bathtub. So we went into the garden and pumped a few hundred liters of water from the cistern into the large steel tub.

Somehow the stands and the edge have to stay under water for two hours.
