For the guild and crafts market in Seligenstadt, we decided to include a short camping holiday and not commute back and forth between Ranstadt and Seligenstadt as in previous years.
So we booked well in advance and took the caravan with us. After arriving, we quickly set it up and made it cosy. At least this version without the awning carpet and awning was enough for us. The market tent, a small beer tent set and the camping chairs were more than enough for us.
The weather was fine when we arrived and it only started to rain during the night. Heavy in places and it is still continuing today (Friday). Showers and drizzle alternate. However, the good news according to the weather app is that the rain will ease off around 2 pm and we can expect three more days of dry weather. The guild and crafts market can therefore be visited without hesitation. And as we have our stand in the regional museum, we will remain in a good mood, no matter what capricious weather conditions may come.
